Introducing Sway, a national franchise concept aimed at redefining the spa industry with a modern approach and multi-sensory experience. We’ve been working with the incredible team Spavia to develop this concept for a few months and have helped oversee the architectural renderings, interior design, branding, messaging, video, go-to-market strategy, and new company culture. We feel so lucky to do this kind of work and our team has put its whole heart into every strategic decision & design.

RESULTS

A rebrand that gave a national spa company new momentum.

Sway grew from a larger strategic engagement with Spavia, helping rethink how an established spa company could create a more distinctive presence for its next chapter. Caava worked across strategy, identity, messaging and the broader brand experience, balancing the strategic and tactical pieces needed to bring the new direction to life. The response was immediate. Spavia CEO Marty Langenderfer reported overwhelmingly positive feedback and a 30% increase in web traffic during the engagement, giving the company measurable momentum behind the new brand presence.
