
IDENTITY
Originally Passion 4 Life launched in 2005. In 2009 the company had a change in ownership and approached Caava looking for help to re-create the brand with a contemporary and fresh look. The new ownership wanted the number "4" to remain in the name, feature a heart, and needed to be representative of good health.

The one design challenge that remained after the logo redesign, was finding a practical use for the number "4" in their name. Prior to their re-brand the number hadn't served a purpose in the name besides being a substitute for the word "for." Our solution was defining a new messaging system for their product that would speak to their name: The Kinetic Symbols. First, we helped define four main benefits their vitamin supplement provided its customers: HEALTH, REJUVENATION, ENERGY, and FOCUS. Second, we developed four symbols that represented each of these aspects. In the end, they benefitted by being able to re-define their brand messaging, and the symbols acted as a simple and quick way to educate potential customers on the rewards of their product.

The idea behind the bottle design is simplicity. Typically, packaging in the liquid vitamin market is saturated with busy, loud and sometimes obnoxious label graphics. With the front of the label only featuring a solid blue color, logo, 4-part messaging system, and description text, it effortlessly stood out as well as appearing elegant and confident.

The simplicity of the label was transferred to this proposed website design. The 4-part messaging system and product were the primary features on the home-page. This allowed users to quickly become acquainted with the product design and how it would benefit their health. To reinforce the product's integrity and expedite sales, Testimonials, About Us and Order Now buttons were placed in prominent, eye-catching locations.
